The Rev. Randall Chase, Jr. earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Personnel Management from Florida State University, a Masters of Divinity Degree from Virginia Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Boston University. He was ordained a Priest in December 1972 in the Diocese of Central Florida.
Ran’s experience as a priest is as geographically diverse as his educational institutions. He has served as Rector, Assistant Rector, Chaplain, and Administrator in parishes and schools/colleges in both Florida, and Massachusetts. Additionally, he has served as Canon to the Ordinary, Deployment Officer and Episcopal Conference Center staffing for the Diocese of Rhode Island, as Interim Executive Director of the Province of New England and as Dean of Students, Dean of Administration and Alumni/ae Director at Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, MA, retiring from EDS in 2010 as Acting President and Dean.
He remains active both in and outside the Diocese serving on a number of Boards and Committees as well as serving many parishes in the Diocese as Supply Clergy or as a Sabbatical Priest.
